Job summary

The Renaissance Pointe YMCA is seeking a dedicated part-time Facility Support Assistant to join the maintenance team. You will perform janitorial duties to keep bathrooms, floors, and common areas clean and well-stocked, providing a welcoming environment for members.

Responsibilities include cleaning tasks, reporting issues, and helping with snow removal and occasional light duties, while fostering positive relationships with members and staff.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to read and follow Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and product labels.
• Willingness to perform janitorial and cleaning tasks.
• Able to relate to diverse groups of people with a welcoming attitude.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize locker rooms and building areas.
• Perform cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, and reporting issues to maintenance.
• Build positive relationships with members and staff to support a friendly environment.
