Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of relevant work experience or at least one (1) year of student employment experience with a focus on facility management.
• An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field

Responsibilities

• Assist with shift duties, including overseeing, delegating, and documenting attendants.
• Maintain daily facility operations, security, and risk management, including emergency care and building inspections.
• Support department operations by completing tasks as assigned by the Manager or Coordinator.
• Produce reports and forms such as Shift Reports, Facility Work Orders and Accident Reports.
• Assist with orientation and oversight of assigned students.
• Act as a point of contact for facility and group reservations.
• Perform activity space event setup and breakdown and ensure excellent customer service.
• Respond to inquiries regarding facilities, programs, and services promptly and professionally.
