Locations
Our Kennesaw campus is located at 1000 Chastain Road NW, Kennesaw, GA 30144. Our Marietta campus is located at 1100 South Marietta Parkway, Marietta, GA 30060.
Provides maintenance and service support for the day-to-day operation of the assigned facilities. Coordinates reservations and events for the facilities. Oversees assigned student assistants.
Educational Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Required Experience
One (1) year related work experience
Preferred Educational Qualifications
An undergraduate or advanced degree from an accredited institution of higher education in a related field
Proposed Salary

Able to analyze data and make sound recommendations based on the data/feedback
Able to work collaboratively with a variety of university resources
Able to handle multiple tasks or projects at one time meeting assigned deadlines
KNOWLEDGE
Familiarity with using recreation/facilities management and event management software
Practical knowledge of risk management practices and event management
Knowledge of campus locations and logistical processes
Knowledge of safety guidelines, rules and regulations that govern the department
Skills
Excellent interpersonal, initiative, teamwork, problem solving, independent judgment, organization, communication (verbal and written), time management, project management and presentation skills
Proficient with computer applications and programs associated with the position (i.e. Microsoft Office suite, Fusion, WhenToWork, EMS)
Strong attention to detail and follow up skills
Strong customer service skills and phone and e-mail etiquette
