Qualifications

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. plus one year of maintenance/custodial experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, or mechanical systems is desirable.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Pressure wash surfaces and clean carpets.
• Operate lifts and maintenance equipment.
• Assist in setup and breakdown of events (tables, chairs, decorations, garbages).
• Assist in basic repairs with minimal supervision.
• Operate a variety of hand and power tools used in building trades.
