ParkFit Athletic Club in Spokane, WA is seeking a Part-Time Maintenance Technician to maintain our athletic club facilities, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and functionality for members. The role involves hands-on repairs, inspections, and collaborating with management to prevent issues before they escalate.

Ideal candidates are dependable, mechanically inclined, with basic tool experience and the ability to lift ~50 pounds.

Qualifications

Dependable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.
Capable of working independently with limited supervision.
Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting skills.
Able to lift approximately 50 pounds and work on ladders.
Experience with basic hand and power tools.
Able to communicate clearly with management and staff.

Responsibilities

Perform routine inspections of the facility and identify maintenance or safety concerns.
Complete general repairs including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and hardware repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair doors, locks, fixtures, faucets, toilets, lighting, and other building components.
Assist with preventative maintenance of fitness equipment and facility systems.
Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs.
Maintain an organized inventory of commonly used maintenance tools, parts, and supplies.
