Excel Facility Services is seeking a reliable janitor for a part-time role in Burnt Hills, NY. You will keep assigned areas clean and execute the scope of work for all locations covered by management for scheduling and coverage.

Responsibilities include vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, counters, break rooms, restocking supplies, and ensuring safety. You must report hours via Time and Attendance, wear uniforms, and work 11:00 to 13:30, seven days a week, totaling 17.5 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently as needed.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Clean counter tops, microwaves, and refrigerators in break rooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures.
• Clean windows and mirrors.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions.
• Complete SOW as requested and assigned by the manager per location.
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building.
• Restock supplies in areas assigned.
• Notify supervisor of repairs needed.
• Ensure doors are locked at night.
• Must use Time and Attendance system to report hours.
