Job summary

Excel Facility Services is seeking a reliable part-time Janitor in Clearfield, PA to keep assigned areas clean and orderly. You will follow the manager's scope of work for each location and may cover multiple sites.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors, bathrooms, break rooms, windows, and common areas; maintaining supplies and wearing a uniform with ID. Hours are 10am–12pm, Monday–Saturday, totaling 12 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products.
• Good attendance and punctuality.
• Ability to work independently as needed.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms.
• Restock supplies in bathrooms, break rooms and common areas.
• Empty all trash cans and replace liners, clean receptacles as necessary.
• Dust and clean cashier stalls, ceiling light fixtures.
• Maintain janitor closets in a clean, safe and operable condition.
• Follow safety rules and use safety precautions.
• Complete SOW as requested and assigned by the manager per location.
• Perform general cleaning tasks throughout our building.
