Job summary

Bank of New Hampshire is seeking a part-time, temporary Facilities Technician based at the Gilford Operations Center, with occasional travel to bank branches. The role involves performing general maintenance, repairs, and coordinating services to keep facilities safe and well‑maintained.

You will work with vendors, use MS Office, and drive as needed. The position requires a high school diploma (associates preferred) and 3–5 years of applicable experience; a valid driver's license and vehicle

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associates degree in a vocational trade such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, facilities maintenance preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in similar duties and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work including mechanical, basic electrical, basic plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Review service requests for repairs via work order system and coordinate with supervisor.
• Routinely visit locations to check boilers, A/C, and facility conditions.
• Coordinate delivery of services from providers and ensure locations are maintained.
