Job summary

Bank of New Hampshire is seeking a Facilities Technician to support maintenance across multiple facilities from the Gilford Operations Center. The role involves responding to work orders, coordinating with vendors, and performing general repairs to maintain health and safety standards.

The position requires a valid driver's license, basic computer skills (MS Office), and the ability to lift up to 60 pounds.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in a vocational trade such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, facilities maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs including mechanical, basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry and painting.
• Review work requests in the system and discuss resolutions with supervisor.
• Routinely visit locations to check boilers, air conditioning, and general facility conditions.
• Coordinate services from routine providers (HVAC, snow removal, landscaping) and report findings.
• Oversee projects with external service providers for remodels or installations.
• Follow safety rules and regulations daily.
• Perform other related duties and project work as assigned.
