Job summary

Bank of New Hampshire is seeking a Facilities Technician to join our Operations Center team in Gilford, NH, with occasional travel to bank branches as needed. You will perform general maintenance (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting), review work orders, coordinate services with vendors, and ensure safety standards.

A HS diploma and 3–5 years of related experience required; an associate degree is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree in a vocational trade such as electrical, plumbing, HVAC, facilities maintenance preferred but not required.
• 3–5 years of experience in maintenance/facilities roles.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle if needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repair work (mechanical, basic electrical, basic plumbing, carpentry, painting).
• Review service requests via work order system; determine issue and discuss resolution with supervisor.
• Routinely visit locations to check boilers, AC, and facility conditions.
• Create work orders for repairs after monthly audits.
• Coordinate services from routine providers (HVAC, snow removal, landscaping).
• Oversee contractors for projects (remodels, equipment installs, inspections).
• Follow safety rules and maintain documentation.
