Job summary

Qualifications

• Two to five years of maintenance experience including basic carpentry, plumbing, electrical and minor repairs.

Responsibilities

• Respond to daily maintenance needs as directed by Facilities Manager.
• Assist by anticipating future needs to ensure facilities are well-maintained.
• Provide project oversight for construction projects, renovations, department expansions, and other initiatives.
• Assist in removal of snow and ice from walkways and driveways.
• Notify management regarding needed repairs and order supplies as required.
• Conduct daily routine maintenance, such as bulbs, storage, and disposal of equipment.
• Provide coverage for the courier moving mail and packages to branches and the Post Office.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
