Job summary

Hope Clinic is seeking a part-time Property & Facilities Manager (about 30 hours/week) to lead maintenance and facilities operations on-site. You will recruit, train, and supervise volunteer staff, manage budgets, and coordinate approved projects with contractors and vendors.

The role requires strong organizational and communication skills, experience in budgeting and contract oversight, and familiarity with OSHA and local codes. On-site presence is essential.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in relevant field and/or facilities management certification, or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated project management and hands-on oversight of facilities maintenance.
• Experience with facilities master planning, space utilization, and development.
• Experience with contract management and budgeting.
• Supervisory experience of maintenance and facilities personnel.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage building and properties budget, approve expenditures.
• Oversee utility budgets and vendor relationships.
• Select, train, and supervise volunteer maintenance and facilities personnel.
• Ensure OSHA compliance, safety standards, and local codes.
• In consultation with CEO, oversee property development and disposal.
• Manage bid process for contracted work and project oversight.
• Maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and city officials.
• Communicate progress on improvements and scheduled work to leadership.
