Job summary

Adult & Teen Challenge Cincinnati Challenge Ranch is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee mechanical, landscape and agricultural tasks on the Ranch. The role is part-time, 15–20 hours per week, with housing provided as part of the compensation.

The candidate must have strong organizational and communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to mentor students while maintaining safety and accountability in a faith-based ministry setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade/technical certification preferred.
• Minimum five years in facilities maintenance or related field.
• Experience with building maintenance: plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting.
• Ability to read technical manuals and blueprints.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; safe, team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mechanical, landscape and agricultural tasks on the Ranch.
• Work 15–20 hours per week; hours may include weekends/evenings.
• Report to the Exec Dir and support safety and accountability.
• Supervise and mentor students in practical work skills.
• Coordinate projects and ensure tasks with minimal supervision.
