Job summary

First State Bank is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance for all banking locations. The role covers building upkeep, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and landscaping, with responsibility for coordinating with contractors.

This is a part-time position, approximately 20–30 hours per week, and requires Saturday availability. A high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of related experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 3–5 years related experience and/or training is required.
• Saturday availability is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all facilities are in proper working order and maintained (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping).
• Researches and procures bids for facility maintenance and improvements.
• Monitors contractors and coordinates with Security Officer for alarms and access controls.
• Develops monthly maintenance schedules and executes maintenance for all locations.
• Develops monthly/yearly budgets for maintenance expenses and facility improvements.
