Job summary

Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, has an immediate opening for a Part Time Maintenance Technician at the Albuquerque Convention Center in Albuquerque, NM. You will perform routine maintenance across carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing, plus painting and light cleaning, to keep the venue ready for events.

The role requires troubleshooting, safe work practices, and the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays as events schedule dictates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; HVAC/building maintenance cert is a plus.
• CMRP certification is desirable.
• Experience in general maintenance across multiple trades preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs minor electrical maintenance: fixtures, switches, outlets, bulbs, fuses.
• Troubleshooting and repairing facility support equipment.
• Perform minor carpentry repairs and plumbing repairs.
• Complete work orders efficiently and perform preventive maintenance.
• Report safety or property issues to supervisor; follow safety procedures.
• Work extended hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
