Qualifications

• Performs routine facility maintenance tasks across trades such as carpentry, electrical, HVAC and plumbing.
• Ability to read and follow safety rules and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor electrical repairs and replace fixtures using hand and power tools.
• Troubleshoot and repair facility support equipment.
• Carry out plumbing repairs such as fixing leaks and unclogging toilets.
• Complete work orders promptly and perform preventative maintenance.
• Report safety or property concerns to supervisor.
• Work extended hours including nights and weekends as needed.
