Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Part-Time Facilities Custodian to support the cleanliness and maintenance of our office and shop spaces. This role reports to the Facilities Manager and requires 20-28 hours per week. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping a workspace clean, safe, and professional.

This position could evolve into a full-time role over the next 12-18 months as our facilities expand.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from ASI's facility.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of restrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, and office space.
• Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Weekly deep cleaning (2x/week): carpets, floor mats, chairs.
• Other deep cleaning duties as needed.
• Safely handle mild cleaning chemicals.
• Work independently while following a cleaning schedule and producing consistent results.
