Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Part-Time Facilities Custodian to maintain cleanliness of our office and shop spaces.

Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the role offers 20-28 hours per week with potential to evolve into a full-time position as our facilities expand over the next 12-18 months. The successful candidate will perform daily cleaning tasks, handle cleaning chemicals safely, and work independently according to a set schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from ASI's facility.
• Previous cleaning experience is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of restrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, and office space.
• Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Weekly deep cleaning (2x/week): carpets, floor mats, chairs.
• Other deep cleaning duties as needed.
• Safely handle mild cleaning chemicals.
• Work independently while following a cleaning schedule and producing consistent results.
