Job summary

Autonomous Solutions, Inc. (ASI) is seeking a Part-Time Facilities Custodian to support the cleanliness and maintenance of our office and shop spaces.

The role reports to the Facilities Manager and requires 20-28 hours per week, with potential to grow to a full-time position within 12-18 months as facilities expand. The position involves daily cleaning duties, moving between offices and shop areas, and requires reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation to and from ASI's facility.
• Previous cleaning experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Physical ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Daily cleaning of restrooms, kitchen, conference rooms, and office space.
• Dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Weekly deep cleaning (2x/week): carpets, floor mats, chairs.
• Other deep cleaning duties as needed.
• Safely handle mild cleaning chemicals.
• Work independently while following a cleaning schedule and producing consistent results.
