Job summary

ACV Auctions is seeking a dedicated Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and overall appearance of our facilities. You will perform routine cleaning tasks to ensure a safe, professional environment for employees and visitors.

The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and can work independently with minimal supervision. The role supports meetings, events, and daily operations, upholding OSHA and company safety procedures at all times.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or facility cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily custodial cleaning of offices, restrooms, breakrooms, hallways, entryways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, scrub, wax, and vacuum floors throughout facilities.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, sinks, toilets, mirrors, and fixtures.
• Empty trash receptacles and recycling containers throughout the property.
• Restock paper products, soap, and sanitation supplies.
• Dust furniture, vents, ledges, equipment, and other surfaces.
