Job summary

City of Lebanon is seeking a part-time custodian to perform semi-skilled custodial duties for Water & Sewer Department facilities. You will keep offices, restrooms, breakrooms, conference rooms, and common areas clean, safe, and sanitary under supervision.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and assisting with event setup. Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications

• Any combination of education and experience equivalent to completion of the eighth grade.
• Previous custodial, housekeeping, or janitorial experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have a valid Tennessee Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Clean offices, conference rooms, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and sanitize surfaces.
• Empty trash and recycling containers.
• Restock restroom and breakroom supplies.
• Assist with event setup and cleanup as needed.
• Report maintenance issues to the supervisor and maintain equipment.
