Job summary

Lebanon Community Schools is seeking a Lead Custodian to supervise and assist custodial staff in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming school environment in Lebanon, Oregon. The role reports to the Facilities Supervisor and supports district events with cleaning and maintenance as needed.

Typical hours are 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. with wage range $19.62–$25.52 per hour, placement based on experience per LESPA contract. Immediate start pending clearance and scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Criminal history clearance.
• Pass Physical Capacities Assessment.
• One-year custodial experience.

Responsibilities

• Vacuums carpeted areas.
• Mops, scrubs, waxes, and buffs floor areas.
• Dusts and cleans assigned area(s).
• Washes windows and glass/mirrors.
• Cleans rest rooms, drinking fountains and fixtures daily.
• Sets up, moves, and secures furniture and equipment.
• Replaces light bulbs and conducts minor maintenance.
• Performs safety inspections and reports hazards.
• Supports events and coordinates warehouse stocking.
