Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, rest rooms, and other areas.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
• Dusts furniture and equipment; polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork; cleans windows and sills.
• Empties wastebaskets and disposes of trash.
• Replenishes bathroom supplies; transports equipment as needed.
• Light maintenance such as lawn care or snow removal if required by site.
