Qualifications

• To perform essential duties, must be able to follow safety guidelines.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and polishes lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Cleans rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms and other areas.
• Sweeps, scrubs, waxes, and polishes floors.
• Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstery, and draperies.
• Dusts furniture and equipment.
• Polishes metalwork.
• Washes walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Washes windows and doors.
• Empties wastebaskets and disposes waste.
• Transports trash and supplies between locations.
• Sets up tables and chairs for events.
