Diversified Maintenance is seeking a part-time Janitor in Orlando, FL. The role pays $14.00 per hour with afternoon shifts, Wednesday through Friday, and weekly pay. You will perform all-purpose cleaning and preservation of assigned areas inside client sites, following client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean all floor surfaces via sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage.
• Clean, monitor and maintain restrooms, meeting rooms, corridors, and entrance areas.
• Empty trash cans; use of a compactor for certain materials.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors using appropriate cleaners.
• Spot clean carpets; assist in carpet extractions and shampooing.
• Replenish paper products and sanitary supplies.
• Follow housekeeping schedule.
• Occasionally use heavy cleaning equipment, such as floor scrubbers, backpack vacuums, and buffers.
• Other duties as assigned, as required by the scope of work or customer needs.
