Job summary

PM Hotel Group's The Quoin Hotel Wilmington is seeking a Part-Time Runner to support the dining room team. You’ll help prepare dining spaces, assist servers, and ensure guest needs are met with a can-do attitude.

Candidates need a high school diploma or equivalent; hospitality experience helps but is not required. The role involves standing for long periods, bending, and flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Hospitality experience is a plus but not required.
• Must be able to think on your feet and stay composed in fast-paced situations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare dining room for guests by cleaning and setting tables.
• Transport dirty tableware from dining room to the dishwashing area for cleaning.
• Monitor and maintain table settings; replenish drinks/utensils; attend to guest requests.
• Support and collaborate with service staff by setting up/replenishing condiments and assisting with delivering food.
