Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Anticipate guests’ needs and acknowledge all guests.
• Deliver dishes from kitchen to tables promptly.
• Maintain positive guest relations and resolve complaints.
• Work closely with kitchen and serving staff to coordinate food delivery.
• Keep dining areas and serving stations clean and well-maintained.
• Report accidents and breakages to management.
• Follow hotel policies for lost and found items.
• Other duties as assigned.
