Job summary

Responsibilities

• Compose, transcribe, and type correspondence, memos, reports.
• Prepare outgoing mail and file documents.
• Maintain department records in files.
• Purchase daily food products.
• Research discrepancies and resolve issues.
• Assist with MICROS programming and data entry.
• Plan layout of text and designs for menus.
• Edit menus for accuracy and completeness.
• Provide guest service with professionalism and respect.
• Greet guests and interact positively with guests and staff.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
