Job summary

Everforth Apex Systems is seeking a Data Analyst for a part-time hybrid role in Coppell, TX. You will perform periodical reporting, data gathering, and daily reviews to ensure timely action on pending items, with approximately 20–25 hours per week.

The role requires attention to detail, experience with financial statements, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will interact with members, process financial data into AFRS, and help maintain accurate reports and trackers.

Qualifications

• Experience with financial reporting components such as income statements and balance sheets.
• Experience analyzing credit and financial statements for financial institutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and process receipt of financials; communicate with members about missing reports and extensions, waivers, or fines.
• Enter financial data into the Automated Financial Reporting System (AFRS) and track through approvals.
• Oversee production and review of daily surveillance emails and related workflows.
• Conduct daily reviews for items requiring same-day action.
• Reconcile reporting and trackers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
