Job summary

LensCrafters in Omaha, NE is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional eye care and eyewear experiences. You will help customers choose frames, take accurate measurements, and process transactions, all while upholding LensCrafters' standards for quality and service.

Ideal candidates bring 1+ year in retail or customer service, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers and calculators.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customer relationships and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with measurements to find the best vision solution.
• Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Foster a positive store environment and strong relationships with peers, management, doctors and support staff.
