LensCrafters is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to deliver exceptional customer experiences in eyewear and eye care. You will leverage prescriptions to recommend lenses, assist customers with frame choices, and coordinate measurements with the Optician to ensure precise vision solutions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer/calculator use.
• Able to sell with strong sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plans and company objectives by nurturing existing customers and building new relationships.
• Use optical prescriptions to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist customers in selecting frames and take accurate measurements.
• Conduct measurements with appropriate optical tools and consult with the Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and professional relationships with peers and staff.
• Maintain attractive, organized displays and store appearance.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
