LensCrafters in Irvine, CA is seeking a Part-Time Sales Associate to provide exceptional eyewear experiences. You will assist customers in selecting frames, use prescriptions to guide lens choices, and coordinate measurements with the Optician.

Qualified candidates have 1+ year retail or customer service experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong communication skills. Pay ranges from $17.60 to $24.62 hourly, with potential bonuses and comprehensive benefits in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators.
• Embrace new technology with high level of accuracy.
• Ability to sell through use of sales skills and meet goals.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• Self-motivated and able to multi-task in a fast-changing environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales plan and goals by cultivating existing customers and building new ones.
• Use optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements.
• Conduct measurements using optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Contribute to a positive store environment and build relationships with staff and customers.
• Maintain appearance of store and keep displays and inventory organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
