Job summary

LensCrafters in Ocala, FL is seeking a Part-Time EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience. You will greet customers, explain tests, processes and services, and coordinate with the optometrist and retail team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers within 30 seconds.
• Answers telephone promptly (3 rings).
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Attentive to details; reviews prescriptions and/or patient information.
• Shows patience and courtesy to indecisive customers.
• Performs work accurately despite time pressure and volume.
• Identifies unsatisfied customers and resolves issues.
• Operates appointment book/scheduling and computer systems.
• Maintains and files patient records per HIPAA.
• Places contact lens orders, processes shipments and submits invoices.
• Operates the POS system with accuracy and proper payments.
