Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED.
• 15 college credits in education or human services.
• Pediatric First Aid and CPR required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Director in daily activity prep and implementation.
• Ensure safe environment and monitor children during program hours.
• Supervise Program Assistants in the absence of Site Director or Group Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records and effective communication with parents.
