Job summary

The North Penn School District seeks to hire an Extended School Care Group Supervisor to lead daily activities for children in a structured program. You will supervise staff, ensure a safe environment, and monitor children throughout the session that runs from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood/elementary education or human services, or an Associate's with 3 years' child experience.
• Pediatric First Aid and CPR required upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and implement daily activities for the assigned group.
• Ensure safety and track location of all children at all times.
• Oversee cleanup and maintenance of toys, materials, and equipment.
• Supervise Program Assistants and Assistant Group Supervisors.
• Follow Pennsylvania DHS child care guidelines.
