Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction to advance organizational goals.
• Partner with the Board to develop and implement priorities and initiatives.
• Act as trusted advisor on California water issues and policy developments.
• Prepare briefs and policy recommendations for Board members and stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor the staff to execute the organization’s strategy.
• Represent the organization at meetings, hearings, conferences, and events.
