Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience in related role.
• Water industry experience and executive leadership preferred.
• Ability to attend Board and committee meetings statewide.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive leadership and strategic direction.
• Collaborate with the Board to advance priorities and initiatives.
• Advise on California water issues and policy developments.
• Prepare briefings and policy recommendations for Board.
• Represent the organization with agencies, associations and NGOs.
• Lead meetings and mentor a team to align with strategy.
• Support financial and operational sustainability through partnerships.
