Job summary

Stoumbelis, Catalano & Associates in Lisle, IL seeks a part-time Customer Support Representative to work with our corporate clients and onboarding of new ones. You will report to our Practice Manager and rely on Excel daily.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or higher education, or GED with administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with data entry and customer service.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with gathering annual client datasets and input annual census data.
• Enter and maintain client information within the firm’s CRM.
• Support retirement plan enrollments and document organization.
• Prepare reports and coordinate meetings for internal teams.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client information.
