Job summary

Lone Star College-CyFair in Cypress, TX is seeking a part-time Exam Proctor to supervise exams in a secure environment, assist students and faculty, and maintain testing integrity.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and be able to work independently in a team, with strong customer service and basic computer skills. The role is on-site at the Cypress campus, supporting instructors and students throughout testing sessions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Not eligible: current Lone Star College students in the Assessment Center for Proctor role.
• Undergraduate students cannot administer CLEP exams or any exams related to their undergraduate program.

Responsibilities

• Administers exams and monitors students during exams.
• Provides testing instructions and assists students and faculty by email/phone.
• Receives and logs incoming tests from instructors.
• Maintains tests in a secure environment and documents delivery.
• Troubleshoots test errors and equipment failures.
