Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor students during exams to ensure compliance with exam rules and regulations.
• Set up exam rooms, including seating, distributing materials, and ensuring testing equipment is functional.
• Assist with accommodations for students with disabilities (e.g., extended time, distraction-reduced environment).
• Maintain a quiet and controlled testing environment.
• Address and resolve issues or disruptions during the exam.
• Provide support to students for technical difficulties or clarifications within proctoring scope.
• Collect and return completed exam materials to the appropriate department.
• Document and report any incidents, violations, or irregularities promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all exam content and student information.
