Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor students during exams to ensure compliance with exam rules and regulations.
• Set up exam rooms, including seating, distributing exam materials, and ensuring testing equipment is functional.
• Assist with accommodations for students with disabilities.
• Maintain a quiet and controlled environment conducive to testing.
• Address and resolve any issues or disruptions that may arise during the exam.
• Provide support to students in the event of technical difficulties or clarifications (within the scope of the proctoring role).
• Collect and return completed exam materials to the appropriate department.
• Ensure that any incidents, violations, or irregularities during testing are documented and reported promptly.
