Job summary

The Sports Facilities Advisory & Management is seeking an Events Team Member for the East Texas A&M Agricultural Center and Arena in Commerce, TX. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest services, managing event check-ins, and supporting party coordination for all facility events.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, registering participants, recording waivers and scores, and maintaining clear communication with managers.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest services at events and register guests for leagues, camps, or drop-ins
• Greet guests, give information, and assist with wayfinding
• Record waivers, event information, and scores; manage daily game sheets
• Operate multi-line phones and enforce facility policies
• Coordinate events and parties, track reservations, payments, and supplies
• Support party setup, teardown, and guest communication with managers
