Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide information and wayfinding as needed.
• Register guests for leagues, camps, clinics, drop-ins, etc.
• Operate multi-line phones and manage event information.
• Record and file waivers and event details.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating facility events and parties.
• Ensure party details are executed as planned and tracked.
