Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a part-time Venue Security professional for Darien Lake. The role focuses on guest safety, incident prevention, and efficient crowd management in a fast-paced venue environment.

Responsibilities include safeguarding attendees, inspecting entry points, enforcing policies, and assisting during emergencies while maintaining strong communication with staff and supervisors.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ work experience interacting with people in a positive environment.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Ability to work late hours and flexible schedule.
• Must lift/move up to 25 lbs with proper lifting techniques.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.
• Experience recognizing valid IDs and security screening equipment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety and remove hazards in the area of responsibility.
• Prevent and resolve altercations among guests.
• Lead guests and employees in emergency evacuation procedures.
• Maintain area control by patrolling the venue during shift.
• Inspect guests for weapons with metal detector/pat-down searches.
• Enforce venue policies on photos/videos and devices.
