Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a security-focused team member for our Denver venue. You will ensure guest safety, manage crowd flow, and enforce venue policies while coordinating with colleagues during shifts.

Required experience includes interacting with people in high-energy environments, flexibility for late hours, and fluency in English. The role involves physical tasks and staying alert in a fast-paced setting, contributing to a safe, welcoming experience for all attendees.

Qualifications

• Ability to work late hours.
• Flexible schedule.
• 3 years’ work experience interacting with people.
• Read, write and speak English fluently.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs with proper technique.
• Tolerance of all cultures, music and art forms.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guest safety through proactive personal interaction and hazard removal.
• Prevent and resolve altercations among guests.
• Lead guests and staff in emergency evacuations and provide assistance.
• Maintain venue area control by patrolling during the shift.
• Check IDs of guests under 30 years old who appear to drink.
• Inspect guests with a metal detector or pat-down to prevent weapons entering.
• Enforce policies on photos/videos/recording devices.
• Safeguard against theft and property damage.
• Communicate clearly via radios, hand signals, and flashlights.
• Set up area before opening and maintain cleanliness during shifts.
• Keep interior and exterior areas clear and safe, managing spills and obstacles.
