Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking dependable part-time Security Staff to ensure a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests, artists, staff, and vendors. Responsibilities include patrolling the venue, enforcing policies, and responding to incidents while delivering excellent customer service.

Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be eligible for Tennessee Unarmed Security Guard Registration.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must possess or be willing to obtain and maintain Tennessee Unarmed Security Guard Registration (Guard Card) upon hire.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• An understanding of the rule of law and relevant penal codes.
• Ability to represent the Security Department in an exemplary manner.
• Ability to perform in crises and work under pressure without loss of composure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of patrons, employees, and assets.
• Conduct building patrols; respond promptly to security and safety calls.
• Follow department performance, conduct, and attendance standards.
• Perform varied duties without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Adhere to all security policies and procedures.
• Investigate and file accurate incident reports.
• Complete tasks within deadlines set by Supervisors/Manager.
• Interact courteously with patrons, vendors, and employees.
• Assist with post-show venue closing and equipment handling.
• Contribute to a safe, enjoyable, and supportive environment for guests and staff.
