Qualifications

• Customer service experience.
• Must be available to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide usher services at campus events and assist with ticketing as needed.
• Scan tickets, monitor building security, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assist with entering and guiding guests, answer questions, and help with scheduling as needed.
• Coordinate evacuation procedures and report maintenance or safety concerns.
