Legends Global, the leader in privately managed public assembly facilities, seeks a Part Time Event Supervisor for Coca-Cola Music Hall in San Juan, PR. The role oversees events such as concerts, galas, and fundraisers, including staff management and budget prep, with a focus on safety and smooth execution.

Responsibilities include planning, directing work, coordinating with internal and external teams, and producing detailed event notes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years in special events, concerts and family events.
• Large group management experience preferred.
• Proficient in CAD software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage the operations, rehearsals and execution of events and entertainment.
• Develop CAD drawings for ticketed events in conjunction with the Box Office and production teams.
• Prepare and distribute detailed production notes and schedule production meetings with venue heads.
• Monitor and supervise event, ambulance and security staff.
• Ensure adherence to facility rules, policies and procedures.
