Job summary

Allied Universal® Event Services is seeking Event Staff in Boston, MA, to welcome guests, scan and verify tickets, and provide exceptional service. This role requires professional attire and flexibility with a part-time schedule, with weekly pay and a $22/hour base rate.

As an Event Staff member, you will help manage crowds, direct foot traffic, ensure venue safety, and uphold cleanliness and efficiency in designated areas, delivering outstanding guest experiences at every event.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Ability to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Collect tickets, welcome and usher guests, and provide superior customer service.
• Direct foot traffic and maintain cleanliness and operational efficiency of designated areas.
• Interact with guests with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Greet guests upon entry and thank them at departure.
• Provide guests with directions and information to enhance their experience.
