Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a high school diploma (or equivalent).
• Background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test may be required.
• Be professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assists in all aspects of event day preparation and execution.
• Directs entry into venues, may collect/scan tickets, verify wristbands and badges, and manage crowd flow.
• Demonstrates understanding of policies and regulations of various venues and events.
• Greets guests warmly on arrival and thanks them as they depart.
• Provides guests with directions and suggestions to enhance their experience.
• Engages with guests with a smile and friendly, natural communication.
